This Summerland Rotary HomeTown 50/50 campaign is to raise funds for Youth Programs in Summerland. In our recent Town Hall meeting the highest priority was seen to be supporting our Summerland Youth.
Summerland Rotary has been supporting our Youth for many years. Building playgrounds, school bursaries, funding tables, chairs and garden boxes in the courtyard at the Summerland High School. Each year we help a high school student go for a full school year and live with a host family in a foreign country as part of the Rotary International Youth Exchange program.
In years past Summerland Rotary created the Summerland Asset Development Initiative (SADI) to provide our teens with a safe and fun place to meet after school.
Tickets for this 50/50 campaign are on sale now and the draw will be held at 5 pm on
December 5th at the Maple Roch store. In our previous Home Town 50/50 campaigns our draw winners have won up to $15,695!
